尹杉杉博士，湖北武昌人，特聘副研究员，浙江树人大学交叉科学研究院院长助理，医学学士、理学硕士、工学博士。他是浙江大学与比利时安特卫普大学联合培养环境科学与工程专业博士，浙江大学博士后，长期从事持久性有机污染物的内暴露水平评估、健康风险、污染物的母婴传递过程、规律和机制方面的研究。 在此前的研究工作中，他首次发现传统的持久性有机污染物有机氯农药六六六和滴滴涕呈现化学结构多样性特征的跨胎盘转运效率差异，污染物转运效率上的差异可能与物理化学性质或不同跨胎盘转运机制有关。在此基础上，他在体外细胞模型上对典型有机氯农药的跨胎盘转运的机制进行研究，发现转运蛋白抑制剂和代谢抑制剂能够显著的降低污染物跨细胞膜的转运效率，首次证实了OCP的跨胎盘转运过程是多种转运蛋白参与的主动运输及亲脂性物质跨磷脂双分子层被动扩散运输的结果。此外，他还在土壤中微塑料的植物毒理学效应方面有一定程度的研究基础，参与发表微塑料方向多篇热点论文。 尹杉杉博士已在Environ Int.、EnvironPollut、Environ Res等学术刊物发表第一作者或共同第一作者论文10余篇，参与发表论文40余篇，并担任Environ Int、EnvironPollut、Environ Res、Environ Sci Technol等多个杂志审稿人。 |
